About the question if you could give any class another class’s weapon. I would give the Reserve Shooter to the engie, mainly because I think that would be an awesome skill to have. You wrangle your sentry shoot rockets at there feet, pull out Reserve Shooter and bam you got an awesome kill that required skill. I’m not saying it takes no skill to be engie, I just want something for the engie like the market gardener or those pyro weapons that you have to set people on fire first and them hit them with an axe.
